We respect the privacy of data subjects and value the trust of our customers, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders. In addition to striving to collect, use and disclose personal data in a manner that complies with the laws of the countries in which we operate, Enco-F has a tradition of maintaining the highest ethical standards in its business practices. SCOPE

This policy applies to all personal data received by Enco-F in any format. Enco-F will ensure that all data processing operations comply with this Privacy Policy.

PRIVACY PRINCIPLES

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that our suppliers effectively process the personal data transferred, in a manner consistent with the organisation's obligations under the GDPR principles.

We will use and disclose the data received in accordance with the notices provided by the relevant entities and the choices made by the data subjects to whom the personal data relates.

We will only use personal data in a manner consistent with the purposes for which it was collected, or as subsequently authorised by the data subject. Enco-F will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is relevant to its intended use, accurate, complete and up to date.

We will obtain assurances from our business partners that they will protect personal data in accordance with this policy.  

Examples of appropriate assurances that may be provided by agents include, but are not limited to, contracts that require our employee or partner to provide at least the same level of protection as required by the relevant GDPR. If we become aware that our employee or business partner is using or disclosing personal data in a manner contrary to this policy, we will take reasonable steps to prevent or stop the inappropriate use or disclosure.

Upon request, we will provide data subjects with reasonable access to the personal data that we process. We will also take reasonable steps to allow data subjects to correct, amend, supplement or delete their data.

We will take reasonable precautions to protect personal data in our possession from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

We will conduct compliance audits of its relevant privacy practices to verify compliance with this Policy. Any employee, subcontractor or agent of our company found to be in breach of this policy will be subject to disciplinary action.

LIMITATIONS

Our compliance with this policy may be limited (a) to the extent necessary to comply with a legal or ethical obligation; (b) to the extent necessary to meet national security, public interest or law enforcement obligations; and (c) to the extent expressly permitted by applicable laws, rules or regulations.
